The journal of legal sciences, published since 1974 by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. It is a general law review, so the authors of the texts are not only prominent scholars, but also Polish and foreign practitioners from all fields of law.

The authors describe and explain problems arising in Polish and foreign law, as well as in international law. They publish scientific articles, reviews of monographs and glosses to court decisions in Polish, English, Russian and German.

Czasopismo z zakresu nauk prawnych, wydawane od 1974 roku przez Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Jest to ogólny przegląd prawniczy, dlatego autorami tekstów są nie tylko wybitni naukowcy, ale również praktycy polscy i zagraniczni ze wszystkich dziedzin prawa.

Autorzy opisują i wyjaśniają problemy pojawiające się w prawie polskim i innych krajów, a także w prawie międzynarodowym. Publikują artykuły naukowe, recenzje monografii oraz glosy do orzeczeń sądowych w językach polskim, angielskim, rosyjskim i niemieckim.
